Individual: With last year's state champion Gracie Hyde changing schools, there is only one person to watch in the girls 4A race, Bekah Bostian. The Prairie Grove junior should run all alone to a state championship this Friday.

Team: The ladies from Berryville HS have been on top of the 4A rankings for much of the season. Don't look for anything to change this Friday in Hot Springs. With a 1-5 split of just over a minute, Berryville should remain on top. Keep an eye on the ladies from Dardanelle. If Berryville has a bad day, Dardanelle could slip in and take the win.
