Dear Coach,
You are invited to the 43rd annual Cyclone Invitational at Old Post Park on Saturday September 24th 2016. The Cyclone is the longest continuous running high school cross country meet in Arkansas. Coach Don Carnahan, a member of the Arkansas track and field, high school coaches and national coaches Hall of Fame created the event in 1973. We look forward to seeing you and your team.If you do not have a full team, you can register your athletes for $10 a person.

Race Divisions and Times:
Jr. Boys 9:30 AM
Jr. Girls 10:00 AM
Sr. Boys 10:30 AM
Sr. Girls 11:15 AM

Awards: HS/JH Medals will be awarded to the top (20) in each division. A plaque will be given for the runner-up and winner in each division.

Registration: ar.milesplit.com You may enter as many athletes as you wish. $50 for each team entered. Make checks payable the Russellville Athletic Department.
Registration closes Wednesday September 21, 2016 at 5:00pm

Location: Old Post Park, 1063 Lock and Dam Road Russellville, Arkansas. Parking- Take a right on Sheppard Drive as you enter the park and attendants will show your driver where to park.

Course: A challenging run on grass as you compete over a rolling course. Runners will cross over water ditches, run through wooded areas with a canopy, as well as extended sections of flat ground. It is noted for its scenic beauty at the Old Post Park overlooking the Arkansas River.

Info: T-Shirts will be on sale. Water will be provided for runners at the finish line. A concession stand will also be on site.

Trainer: Mike Hilton of Lane Physical Therapy will be on site to assist with any minor injuries, or provide first aid if needed.
