Parking: See enclosed Map
Times: -Field events will start at 3:30 and an open 800
-3200 Relay will begin at 4:00 (Girls, Followed by Boys)
-Rest of the running events will began at approx. 4:30
Entries: No Entry FEES
-3 entries per event, 1 relay team
-Enter athletes on ar.milesplit.com (see enclosed info)
_ The Best Jumpers and Throwers will be seated first
Changes: No changes will be made after 10:00 am Friday
Meeting: Coaches meeting at 2:45 in the brick building in on the other side of the fences it will also include the Hospitality area and will be open for all coaches
Track: -Shot and Discus check in at 3:15 at the rings which is located in the field between the track and Ramay Jr. High
Awards: -Medals given for 1st 2nd, and 3rd Place,
-Trophies for the 1st and 2nd places
-Award will be given for Outstanding Performer of the Boys and Girls
