PINE BLUFF, Ark.- The University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff Department of Athletics has announced that all Lady Lions and Golden Lions basketball fans will be able to gain admission into UAPB's remaining home basketball games (women/men) for $1 through its “Dollar Night” game promotions campaign. Children/youth attending grade levels K-12 will be admitted free of charge.
“We want to give our teams a true home court advantage and our fans help make that possible,” said UAPB Athletic Director Louis “Skip” Perkins. “We currently lead the conference in home attendance and we want to send our men's and women's basketball teams to the tournament on a high note. We also want to give back to our local community which has supported us unconditionally throughout this season.”
The final three home games of the season will take place on Saturday, Feb. 20th (PVAMU), Monday, Feb. 22nd (TSU), and Thursday, Mar. 4th (MVSU) at H.O. Clemmons Arena.
All of the women's games will tip-off at 5:30 pm with the men's games to follow at 7:30 pm.
