Arkansas XC: Rising Sr. Boys Year-to-Year Improvements

There is a lot of intrigue at the top of the Arkansas boys distance rankings heading into this fall and there are several senior boys capable of filling the void left by one of the state's fastest classes.

With the likes of Alan Gallardo-Lopez and Matthew Thurman entering their final high school cross country campaigns, let's take a look and see which senior boys have progressed the most since their freshman year.
