Lady Lions Track And Field Concludes SWAC Championships In Fourth Place

NEW ORLEANS, La. - Arkansas-Pine Bluff's Women's Track and Field team captured a fourth place at the 2010 SWAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
 
Alabama State finished first with 214 points. Prairie View broke a three-way tie for runner-up with its victory in the final event to post 126 team points. Jackson State was third overall with 124, and Arkansas-Pine Bluff finishing in fourth place with 122 points. 

Grambling (85.5), Texas Southern (34.5), Mississippi Valley State (32), Southern (25), Alabama A&M (22), and Alcorn State (21) rounded out the team standings.
