Event Details: 2 Mile Cross Country Race

$50 per Team in the 8TH Grade NWAAC Conference Championship.

(No limit on entries. Fee does NOT include 9th graders for the Open division).

$50 per Team entered in the Open Division

To register a team in all 4 of the 2 mile races will cost $200.

7th & 8th Graders in NWAAC Conference Schools are eligible for the 2 Mile 8th Grade NWAAC Conference Championship

9th Graders and Schools with 7th-9th grade outside the NWAC conference are eligible for the Open Division.

Chip Timed Event. Please return all chips used or unused on race day.

Team: Begins 10/01 and CLOSES 10/16 at 6pm. Register thru AR Mile Split.

3:00 Packet Pickup

4:15- Girls 2-Mile 8th Grade Conference Championship (Grades 7-8 NWAAC Conference only)

4:45- Boys 2-Mile 8th Grade Conference Championship (Grades 7-8 NWAAC Conference only)

5:15- Girls Open 2-Mile (This race includes all 9th grade teams, private/charter schools, and schools outside NWAAC)

5:45- Boys Open 2-Mile (This race includes all 9th grade teams, private/ charter, and schools outside NWAAC)

6:20-Award Ceremony

Concessions:

Available for purchase: BIG RUB BBQ, water, Powerade, snacks. (BBQ is complimentary for coaches). T-shirts will be on sale as well $10 cotton/ $15 tech tee

Location:

Event is behind Fulbright Junior High, with bus parking next to the course. Bus parking entrance is off round-about on west side of Bright Rd. (this street has a dead end). Please use this area to park buses until Fulbright dismissal is over.

Awards:

Team trophies (1st & 2nd) will be presented to OPEN divisions, and NWAAC 8th Grade Conference Championships. Individual awards will be given to the top 20 places in all divisions.
