Meet Information
This meet is for 9th grade 6A West Feeder School Teams & 6A West High Schools. However, we will allow a non-6A schools into the meet for an entry fee of $50 per gender team. Email mpower@bentonvillek12.org if you would like to come to the meet and password for entries.
Registration will open on ar.milesplit.com until Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 11 am.
Entry Fee
$50 per gender team for Non-6A West Teams.
Payments: Mail Checks to 1702 SE "J" Street, Bentonville, AR. or Hand Deliver on day of meet
Bathrooms & Concession Stands
Both bathrooms & concessions stands will be located near the breeze-way when you enter the facility.
Team Camps & Bus Parking
NO TEAM CAMPS in the bleachers!! All team camps will be located in the grass area on the East or South side of the track. Buses will be directed where to park.
Coaches Meeting
Coaches Meeting at 3 pm in the hospitality room inside shed opposite the concessions.
Field Events Beginning at 3:30 pm
There will be no finals for any field event. Each participant will get 4 jumps or throws in SP, Disc, LJ & TJ.
No field events for JV division.
Running Events Beginning at 4:00 pm
JV sections will be run separately from Freshman sections.
Awards
Team trophies will be given out to the first and second place in each division (Freshman Only)
No team awards for JV divisions.
1st - 8th place ribbons will be given out in event of all divisions.
