Dear Coach,

You are invited to The Lake Hamilton Invitational Cross Country meet that will be on Saturday, Oct. 19th at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs. The course is all grass, no pavement or gravel, smooth running surface, great visibility, some hills, on site bathrooms, and site of the state cross country championships for 2019. We had over 1400 entries last year and we are looking for similar or more participation this year so it should be a very competitive meet.



*Parking: you will need to park your bus on the south parking lot of Oaklawn Park. If you have parents and spectators coming to the meet please inform them to park in the North parking lot of Oaklawn Park not the south. the south is reserved for school buses only and for customers of Oaklawn Racing & Gaming.
*Onsite concessions: are provided by Oaklawn at concession stand.
*Medical Attention: a onsite school trainer will not be available for athletes but Oaklawn EMT service will be available and on call if needed.



** Dri-fit t-shirts will be sold for $20 each**

Time schedule: Jr.Boys 9:30, Jr. Girls 10:00, Sr. Boys 10:30, Sr. Girls 11:00.

Awards: Individual: Top 30 medals in the high school varsity and jr. high division.

Team Awards: Medals for top 7 individuals on winning teams in high school and jr. high. We will award top 7 medals for the top 5A-6A teams and the top A-4A teams in the high school division.

Entries: We will be using Mile Split for online entries this year so you can go to: ar.milesplit.com to enter this meet. Feel free to contact me if you are having any difficulties with this. Deadline to register is WEDNESDAY, OCT. 16 AT 9:00 A.M.

*Entry fee: $55 per team of up to 25 runners and $1.00 for each additional. For incomplete teams the charge is $10 per athlete. All four teams will be $220 plus additional fee for teams of more than 25. Entries fees are due on day of meet.
