This is a 6A West Freshman & Junior Varsity Invitational. Divisions: 9th & JV.
Only 9th Graders allowed in the 9th grade division.
Freshmen that compete in the JV Division will lose their Jr High Eligiblity.
Divisions will ALWAYS compete separately.
9th Entries: 3 Entries per Event, 1 Relay.
JV Entries: Athletes NOT competing in the Whitey Smith Relay Carnival can be entered in this division. 2 Entries per Event and 2 Relays.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, April 7th at 11:00 am.
SCORING: Y-Timing will handle all timing and scoring at our meet.
CONCESSIONS: There will be a concession stand for your athletes and their parents.
AWARDS: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place in the Freshman Division.
TEAM TROPHIES: Awarded to 1st place girls and boys teams in Freshman Division and High Point awards in the Freshman Division.
Meet Schedule:
2:45 - Coaches Meeting at the benches.
3:00 - Warm up begins in FE areas.
3:30 - Field Events and 3200m Run begin.
4:00 - 4x800m Relay begins. Rolling Schedule after the 4x800m Relay.
FIELD EVENTS: 4 throws, 4 jumps. (Vertical Jumps= 3 misses.)
