@ Dam Site Park, Camping side, J Area overflow on the Josh Park Memorial National Trail
Date: TU, 9-15-19 Coaches mtg 3:30. First race begins at 4:00: Order:Jr. Boys,Jr. Girls, Sr. Boys, Sr. Girls
Fees: $50 per team, $175 for all four teams, $10 per individual less 5 runners.

Top Ten in each of the 8 divisions get a tee. (1-4A, 5-7A; jr b, jr g, sr b, sr g)

Update:
Department of Health guidelines on social distancing must be followed. Coaches are responsible for screening their athletes the day of the race. A Covid screening form is linked here for your convenience:COVID Screening Form Athletes and coaches must be listed and checked off. Coaches turn in your screening form at the tent when you register your teams. Team camps need to be at least 10 feet away from other teams. We have all of J area to set up camps so try not to set up close to the finish line. Individual medals, team awards, and top ten shirts will be given to the head coaches after the races are completed.
* Follow ADH and AAA guidelines for outside athletic events.
* All who are in attendance are to follow ADH guide lines for face coverings. And to encourage social distancing
All coaches, athletes, and fans must wear a face covering at all times, except for athletes while they are competing. Athletes should put their mask back on once breathing has returned to normal.
