Meet Information
Dear Coach,
The Lake Hamilton Relays (for Jr. boys & Jr. girls) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. This meet is by invitation only and we will only have 5 teams in the meet. The field events will begin at 3:30, the 4 x 800 relay will begin at 4:00P.M., and the remaining running events will begin at 5:00 P.M. We will run a 4 x 200 relay, and follow the updated 2021 AAA schedule of events. We will have a fast heat and slow heat in all the individual sprint events. We will allow 3 entries in all running and field events. The entry fee will be $60 per boys team and $60 per girls team, $120 for both teams. This entry fee will go toward medals for the meet. Your entry fee should be paid upon arrival to the meet. We are requiring that your athletes use only 1/4 inch (or less) pyramid spikes. Pyramid 1/4 inch or 3/16 inch (5mm) or less will also be allowed. No needle-nosed spikes or otherwise very sharp spikes will be allowed. Some inch spikes will not be allowed. For example the steel-ex brand of spikes and Nike 7mm length spikes will not be allowed. We ask that you make sure your athletes are using the proper spikes when you arrive at our meet so we can take care of our facility. We will check and mark spikes before the meet starts and your athletes will not be allowed to compete without the proper mark on their shoes. We plan to award medals for first place in each event. No team award will be given.
You may enter 3 athletes in each individual event and one relay team. Registration will be done online at ar.milesplit.com and entries are due by Noon on March 15th. We will only have 6 teams in this meet apart from the L.H. A, B, C, D teams that will be entered. This allows us to enter more and still get finished at a reasonable hour.
