2021 Fort Smith McDonald's Relays

Date: Thursday, April 22nd 2021

Jim Rowland Stadium @Southside High School, Fort Smith, AR

Parking: Due to construction, parking will be affected.  Plans will be sent out closer to the date of the meet.  

Times:- Field events will start at 4:00

-3200 Relay will begin at 4:15 (Girls, Followed by Boys)-Rest of the running events will began at 5:15

Entries:-3 entries per event. 1 relay team  

-Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, and Triple Jump will be cafeteria style
    Throwing events will be taking place off site at Ramsey Jr. High.  Shuttles will need to be arranged by your team's school.  We will offer a 12 passenger bus shuttle for those who are competing in other events.  We ask that those individuals throw first and then get back to Southside as quickly as possible.  
Twinkie Relay- Following the throwing events, we will have a throwers relay race (Twinkie Relay) at the Southside track for teams interested. This will take place following the 300m hurdles or will be pushed back until all teams have completed throwing. These teams can be a mix of girls and boys but they must have competed in a throw this meet. The race will be a 4x100 and a Twinkie will serve as the baton. This event will not be scored and will be for fun. A box of Twinkies will be awarded to the winning team. 

-All entries must be entered at ar.milesplit.com.

Meeting: Coaches meeting at 3:15 in the aux gym behind home stands

Be sure to bring your own water for your teams.

Shot and Discus check in at 3:00 @ Ramsey Jr. High

Awards: All events will be scored and awards will be given to the top 3 in each event.
