Ramsey 7th & 8th Grade Relays
Entries- Max of 3 per throwing events and distance races. 2 per in all other events and 1 team per relay. Only 2 can score in the individual events
400pm- Field Events Start
430pm- 7th Grade 800m followed by 8th grade 4x800m Relay
7th grade Girls hurdles will immediately follow 4x800m Relay
There is the addition of the 4x200 for all levels. It will be after the 100m dash and before the 1600m run.
Keep in mind that we will shuttle throwers to compete at Ramsey. Throwers competing in other events will throw first.
