Meet Information
8-26 Update Re: Weather We are following Tropical Storm Ida with great interest. Forecast is for most of the the rain to arrive on Monday, and amounts are fluctuating. A decision about holding the race on Tuesday 31st or postponing will be made on Monday afternoon.
Format: ALL four races will be 1.55 miles.
Course: Our course is 1.55 miles long for all four groups. The surface is predominantly grass, does cross some gravel. Both the starting and finish lines will be on our football field with the course working its way around our baseball and softball fields. The course includes some slight hills and multiple turns.
Timing: MacDonald Timing, LLC. will handle timing and scoring during the event.

6:00 PM-Sr. High Boys
Registration: Registration is open through MileSplit and will close on Monday, August 30th at 12:00 PM CDT. This meet is open to all schools.
Entry Fee: $35 per team (5 or more members).
$120 for all four teams (5 or more members on each team).
$10 for individuals (less than 5 members).
Payment: Please pay at the registration table at the meet on August 31st. Checks should be made payable to Perryville Cross Country.
Awards: Medals will be provided for 1st - 10th place in each division. Plaques will be provided to the winning team in each division. Awards will be handed out following completion of the senior boys race.
Parking: Please park BUSESin the lot in front of the old Armory, located to the east of the football field. Parents, minibuses and other school vehicles can park in the school lot. This is designed to make loading/unloading easier for all schools.
Camps: Camps should be set up in the visiting bleachers of our football stadium or in the grass area between the visiting bleachers and scoreboard. You may walk the course on arrival, but please plan to have the course cleared by 4:15 PM.
