ENTRIES: 3 entries in all events except relays, only one team entry per relay event.
REGISTRATION, PLEASE NOTE: Registration will open online at milesplit.com. Deadline to enter is Tuesday, April 12th, at 11:00 am. No changes will be made after the entry deadline.
SCORING: Y-Timing will handle all timing and scoring at our meet.

FIELD EVENTS: There will be no prelims. Each athlete will get 3 throws in shot/disc and 3 attempts in the horizontal jumps. Both long jumps (Boys and Girls) will be first.
Minimum heights/distances will be given at coaches meeting.
TICKET SALES: Tickets can be purchased at 8am on the event day. Gates open 1 hour prior to the event. All tickets will be sold online.
BUSES:Buses will drop teams off on the Southeast side of the stadium.
DIRECTIONS:From I-49, Take exit 86 for US-62/AR-102 toward Bentonville/Rogers, turn west onto AR-102 W/US-62 W/SE 14th St. Continue on AR-102 for 6 miles. Turn right onto N Main St, then left on Seba RD. Stay straight on Seba through Gamble Rd. Turn right onto the West campus (after the church).

CONCESSIONS: There will be a concession stand with plenty of options for your athletes and their parents.
MEDALS: There will be no medals/ribbons or team awards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
inch spikes or less are permitted.
Arkansas Activities Association rules will apply.
No athletes will be allowed in the infield.
Water will be provided in the marshalling area.
