There looks to be a repeat winner for the team championship in the 3A. Genoa Central High School is returning a bunch of scorers from last years championship team along with a few new faces. Their average time is over a minute faster than the next best team and their 1-5 split is just under a minute. All 7 girls should be in the top 20. The race for second is a little closer. Green Forest High School and Melbourne High School have almost identical average times and 1-5 splits. The difference looks to be in Melbourne's second runner Abbi Marlin. If she can run with Green Forest's #2 Viannie Rangel, then this race for the runner-up trophy could be very exciting!
