Team:
The team competition for the 4A is pretty straight forward. The three teams at the top of the rankings are spaced out just enough that there isn't much room for any upsets. Heber Springs, Berryville, and Huntsville should go 1,2,3 on a normal day. Keep an eye on Ozark and defending champ Pottsville for an outside chance at that 3rd spot.

1st: Heber Springs
2nd: Berryville
3rd: Huntsville
Individual:
The individual title could be interesting. The top time of the year goes to Gracie Hyde from Lonoke High School with a time of 19:21. She ran that time at the first meet of the season at the Memphis Twilight. Except for one meet, she has been very consistent running in the 19's and low 20's. Bekah Bostian from Prairie Grove has a season best of 19:54. Most of her times are also very consistent in the mid 20's. Watch for these two to be together at the 2 mile mark.
