Individual: The 4A race is another one with a big front runner and no one close enough to challenge for the win. Watch for Parker Ables to cruise to the win and claim his 2nd state championship.

Team: On paper, Cave City looks to be the top team, with Huntsville and Heber Springs rounding out the top 3. Heber and Cave City have run against each other this season with Heber coming out on top. Huntsville is the wild card in this race. One of the factors that we look at in determining who we think will win is a teams 1-5 split. Cave City's split is 1:33, Heber's is 3:08 but has a 2-5 split of 1:30 if you take out Parker. Huntsville has a 1-5 split of just 45 seconds and this is very important at Oaklawn!
