Dear Coach,
You are invited to the thirty-sixth annual Lake Hamilton Invitational (for Sr. boys & Sr. girls) to be held on Friday April 15, 2016. The field events and 4 x 800 relay will begin at 3:30 P.M. and the remaining running events will begin at 5:30 P.M. We will have a fast heat and slow heat in all the individual sprint events. The entry fee will be $50 per team. Individuals may enter for a $10 entry fee per athlete. This entry fee will go toward meet administration expenses for the meet. Your entry fee should be paid upon arrival to the meet.
We are requiring that your athletes us only inch (or less) pyramid spikes. Pyramid 3/16 inch (5mm) or less will also be allowed. No needle-nosed spikes or otherwise very sharp spikes will be allowed. Some inch spikes will not be allowed. For example the steel-ex brand of spikes will not be allowed. We will have inch pyramid spikes on hand for sale at our cost if you arrive without the proper spikes. We ask that you make sure your athletes are using the proper spikes when you arrive at our meet so we can take care of our facility.
We plan to award medals for first, second, & third in each event plus ribbons through eighth. The winner in both the boys and girls division will receive trophies. Once again this year, we will award and outstanding performer award for both the girls and boys division (There will not be a high point award).
You may enter three athletes in each individual event and one relay team. Registration will be done online at ar.milesplit.com and entries are due by 8:00 P.M. on April 14th.
