It has been an exciting summer at Milesplit Arkansas and I'm excited to keep the ball rolling into the fall cross country season.
The 6A Boys Preview will be released tomorrow and will be followed by a new episode of "Inside the Natural State."

- Senior Spotlights: Calling all seniors! We are looking for high school cross country and track athletes who would like to answer a couple of questions for the website!
- The Frick'in Mailbag: The 2024 cross country season is rapidly approaching. Have questions? Want to settle a debate? Curious what Gavin's favorite food is? In the first ever "Frick'in Mailbag," Milesplit Arkansas' Gavin Frick will be answering any and all of your questions during the '"Inside the Natural State Podcast" and in a special article that will be released in a few weeks!
- Recruiting Confidential: Remember the Recruiting Mailbag from last fall? Well it's back (sorta). While it has a new name, nothing has changed and we're once again calling on high school seniors, cross country or track & field, to send us updates on your recruiting! Whether that is sharing your progress in the recruiting process or what you are looking for in a school, we're looking anything you're willing to publish to the Milesplit Arkansas website!
