1A Girls Cross Country - Fastest Returners

Last year's state champion is gone, which leaves room for the next star to emerge from Class 1A this fall.

Phoebe Hopper, the 2024 state runner-up, is the fastest returner from last season and will have her hands full with Missy Wilson, the 2023 state champion, looking to return to the top of 1A. The impending showdown between the two, and any other challenger who emerges before then, should be one of the most exciting of the season.
