Using each returning athlete's personal best, Milesplit Arkansas projected the top teams in 1A cross country this season.

On the boys side, Founders Classical graduates four runners from last year's state championship team and will be looking to connect the pieces before this year's fall classic.

At the same time, Kingston's girls lost just one from their state title team a year ago and are the team to beat as the Yellowjackets will be chasing their 5th straight championship this season.
