Golden Lions Rout Mississippi Valley State 49-20

Pine Bluff, Ark.- Joshua Boudreaux threw for 329 yards and five touchdowns and ran for two more scores as Arkansas-Pine Bluff defeated Mississippi Valley State 49-20 Saturday.
Boudreaux was 23 of 31 and connected with Raymond Webber nine times for 159 yards and two TDs as the Golden Lions (5-4, 4-3 SWAC) had their highest-scoring output of the season. Boudreaux had scoring throws of 14, 10, 23, 46 and 42 yards while adding touchdown runs of 3 and 43 yards.
Webber became Arkansas-Pine Bluff's All-Time reception leader for a single season (80) breaking the previous mark (72). Dhabion Woodfin added 119 rushing yards for UAPB, which had 563 yards of total offense.
“This was a huge win for our football team,” said UAPB Head Coach Monte Coleman. “Our players executed the game plan and played with intensity for the entire contest. We're very proud of our teams' performance.”
Arkansas-Pine Bluff will host Jackson State on Saturday, Nov. 13th in what will be UAPB's final home contest of the season. Kickoff is set for 2:30 pm at Golden Lions Stadium.
