Tyson Invitational 2006

Fayetteville, Ark. - Texas Tech track and field completed competition at the Tyson Invitational, in Fayetteville, Ark., on Saturday. The Red Raiders captured one school record, six NCAA qualifying marks and eight personal bests on day two at the University of Arkansas.

Fayetteville, Ark. - Junior Pablo Solares ran a personal best 4:04.21 in the mile to place fourth in the Championship section at the Tyson Invitational here Friday, narrowly missing the school record of 4:03.05 set by current Owls head coach Jon Warren in 1987.
