Location: Josh Park Memorial National Trail in Dam Site Park on Greers Ferry Lake in Heber Springs, AR.
Course: Mostly shaded shavings trail through pines. Both boys and girls teams will run the same course.
Race: Coaches' meeting 4:00 p.m @ tent
Jr. Boys* 4:30 p.m. 3.2K
Jr. Girls* rolling start 3.2K
Sr. Boys* rolling start 5K
Sr. Girls* rolling start 5K
Each race will be separated on the computer into 4,3,2,1A and 7,6,5A. It is very important that you state your division as you register on ar.miresplit.com
The official timing will end: jr. high after 25 minutes; sr. boys after 30 minutes; sr. girls after 35 minutes. Coaches please keep your watch running for your runners that finish after these times to have a record of your runner's performance. I apologize in advance, but must consider travel time of attendees.
Awards: Team awardsteam champion only 7,6,5A Jr. G & B; 4,3,2,1A Jr. G &B; 7,6,5A Sr. G & B; 4,3,2,1A Sr. G & B. Individual awardsmedal and tee shirt for the top ten finishers in the eight divisions & medals for 1115th.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Monday @ 9:00 A.M., September 12, 2016.
Schools and Coaches: Be sure your school is a member of the Arkansas Activities Association. Should your school send an athlete without a coach, we must have a letter from the administration delegating another adult as acting coach for that runner(s). Thank you for your cooperation in these matters. A copy of the results can be made upon request, live timing online with ytiming.net, posted on results board at meet near work tent, and posted online on Milesplit.com.
Entry Fee: $160 per school or $45 per team, or $5 per individual school runner.

Tee Shirts: Cost will be $10
Concession: There will be a concession stand available for purchase of food and drink. Also, hospitality for coaches.
Lodging: Campsites will be reserved for your team in Dam Site Park at no charge if you call the Corps of Engineers Office at 501-362-2416 and tell them you are a cross country team competing in the JPM.

Directions: From Batesville, turn right onto Hwy 25B just after crossing the Dam and going by the Visitors Center, then Dam Site Park will be less than a mile on your right, enter the camping area, take a right into J area.
From Little Rock or Conway, use the Hwy 25 bypass, go straight through the 4-way stop near the Road Runner, you will incline for a mile or so, turn left onto Hwy 25B, park entrance is less than a mile on your right, enter the camping area, take a right into J area.
