Additional Notes: We would like to offer number of Entries per team in an individual event to 3 for events 800 and up; leaving the number of entries at 2 for events 400 and under as well as for all field events.
This will be a AAA certified state qualifying meet. This is an invitation only meet limited to the schools listed on the Arkansas milesplit web page.
Deadline for entries is noon Wednesday, March 30th. On the day of the meet you may scratch but no add ins, please.
There will be a coaches meeting at 3:00 in the indoor facility at the south end of the track. Please make sure that you sign the compliance sheet before the meet begins.
The hospitality room for coaches, field event judges and officials will be in the same room as the coaches meeting. Please keep athletes out of the hospitality room at all times.
Field events will begin at 3:30. The 4x800relay will start at 4:00 and the running events at 4:45.
Please limit spikes to length or less, pyramid shaped.
Visiting teams should all set up on the east side of the stadium in the visitors bleachers and not in the home bleachers or the band stand.
Bus parking will be in the graveled area to the left as you enter the campus from HWY 270.Take the 1st left at the top of the short hill coming in from the stop light next to the marquis.
