6A Central Cross Country Championship

Coaches:

We will have a coaches meeting at the finish line area at 3:15.  Packet pickup  will be at the finish line area.  

Race schedule:  

Girls - 3:45

Boys - 4:30

Awards: Individuals: Places 1-10/All-Conference 

Team: Championship Award
Awards will immediately follow the completion of the boys race at the finish line area.  
Teams: Bryant, Cabot, Catholic/MSM, Central, Conway, NLR, FSSS, FSNS.

Entries: Unlimited number of entries--top 7 from each school will figure into the score, with top 5 figuring in team score (same as state). Go to armilesplit.com to make team entries
IMPORTANT: Registration will be through ar.milesplit.com. Timing will be done by Ytiming. Deadline for registration is October 20th at 5:00 PM. There will be no race day registration. Please register every athlete that has any possibility of competing! Registered runners who do not compete do not cause a problem. Unregistered runners who compete will be disqualified. Do not allow an unregistered runner on the race course! If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact Steve Oury at: soury@bryantschools.org.

** Coaches -- This meet is being chip timed. Chips must be attached to the athlete's right shoe and it is the coach's responsibility that the chip matches with the athlete it is assigned to. CHIPS WILL NOT BE CUT OFF IN THE FINISH CHUTE! Chips must be removed and collected by the coach and returned to the timing tent in number order. Teams will be charged a $20 per chip fee for unreturned chips. 

Meet will be held at Bishop Park in Bryant. Directions -- Take exit # 123 off of I-30 and go South on Reynolds Road through the 5th stop light. Two blocks past the 5th stoplight turn right on Boone Road. Bishop Park is approximately 2 miles down Boone Road on the left.

Bus Parking -- Buses will not be able to drive all the way down to the course location because they cannot maneuver through the south parking lot. Buses will need to stop at the unload point and then park in the north parking lot.
