The 2A Region 4 Sr District track meet is hosted by Magazine but being held at Tiger Stadium on the campus of Mansfield High School. Contact Coach Ryan Chambers of Magazine for specific questions about the conference meet, school responsibilities, field event assignments, backup timers, etc. His email is ryan.chambers@magazinek12.com.

Bus Parking should be parallel to the stadium along the northwest edge of the main parking lot. To avoid traffic, be aware Mansfield schools dismiss at 3:22 PM.
Coaches meeting at the finish line 3:00 PM. Field events begin at 3:30 PM. Running events to begin as the field events near completion (approximate time 5:00 PM).
Upon arrival, coaches should pick up entry lists and packets in the press box. Please make changes and leave in the press box for the Hy-tek scorer as soon as possible.

Meet Fees: Each participating conference school will share the total expenses and be invoiced as determined by the conference host Magazine.
Additional Notes: This senior high meet is only open to members of conference 2A Region 4. Each school will be assigned a field event to run off. Bring rakers, implement retrievers, bar replacers, etc. Each school should also have a backup timer and at least 2 hurdle crew members.
