Course: 1.5 mile looped course. Flat and all grass. Course Map

Entry Fee: $100 per school or $10 per entry for smaller teams ($100 max per team)

COVID Guidelines

Athletes must wear masks on the starting line. Just before the gun is fired they will be instructed to remove masks. 

Athletes must return to their team camp after each race; there will not be water at the finish line or a place to gather. Athletes must put their face covering back on and return to their tent.

The Southwest parking lot will only be open to buses and team tent/campsites. This will allow athletes to remain safe from cars as there is no through traffic and maintain social distancing amongst the 5 teams. We are asking coaches to enforce 6 feet distance rule within their team at their site.

The West parking lot will be open for parents to park and drive through to pick-up their children.

If parents want to watch the race they can watch from this parking lot and remain on the southeast side of the ditch away from the athletes and course. No spectators allowed on the field. All spectators must be masked at all times in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines.

Coaches and officials will keep masks on at all times.

Coaches and meet officials will be screened (temperature and AAA screening questions) upon arrival at the meet.

Coaches are to screen their athletes before bringing them to the meet. 

The bathrooms will be open and soap will be provided.  Teams should bring additional hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for use at their camp.

There will NOT be a concession stand.

We will not have an awards ceremony, rather we will place awards in an envelope and mail them to the head coach.

3:30 PM - Check-in

4:00 PM - 7th Grade Girls

4:30 PM - 7th Grade Boys

5:00 PM - 8th Grade Girls

5:30 PM - 8th Grade Boys

Medals to the top 10 finishers in each division. There will be no team awards.
