*No fans or spectators are allowed at the meet.
*All athletes and coaches are asked to follow Covid-19 guidelines.
*Coaches will need to provide a copy of Covid-19 screening questions that they took of their runners prior to departure from their schools at registration.
*Coaches will need to have their temperature taken upon arrival to the meet.
*If at least 5 of the Conference schools participate in the meet the entry fee will be $120 per school, if less than 5 then the entry fee will be $150. This goes toward the cost of chip timing and others meet
Jr. High Division:
*We will have a Junior High Invitational division this year. This does not count as a Jr. High Conference championship.
*Each school is open to run all Jr. High runners for each school.
*Top 20 finishers in both Boys and Girls earn a medal.
*Winning team in both divisions receive a team winning plaque.
*Runner-up team in both divisions receive a team Runner-up plaque.
*Schools that enter junior high runners are asked to split the cost of the medals for the junior high, Lake Hamilton purchased the medals, a check can be sent to Lake Hamilton in the amount that each school will pay as part of the split of the cost.
