HCAA XC CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP MEET

THIS MEET IS OPEN TO HCAA MEMBER SCHOOLS ONLY!
ALL OTHER ENTRIES WILL BE DELETED.

John Brown University
Siloam Springs, AR
Team Scoring:
The number of runners needed to comprise a team will remain the same as last year. A minimum of four runners are required to be eligible for the team competition.
For each team:
Runners 1 - 4 will account for team scores.
Runner #5 will be the tie break (if required).
Runners 5 and 6 will be displacers.
Unlimited entries for each division.
Race start times:
Check in / Packet Pick-up:8:00 - 8:30 am
Coaches meeting:8:45 am
High School Girls (9th - 12th):9:10 am5K
High School Boys (9th - 12th):9:50 am5K
Jr. High Girls(6th - 8th):10:30 am2 miles
Jr. High Boys (6th - 8th):11:00 am2 miles
Elementary Girls and Boys:11:30 am1 mile
A rolling start will be used if we fall behind.
Live Results:
The race will be chip timed by Y-Timing. Live results will be posted at live.YTiming.net
Awards:
Trophies given to Conference Champion and Runner-up in each division (High School and Jr. High only).
Top 5 runners in each division (High school and Jr. High only) will receive medals and be recognized as "HCAA All Conference".
Awards ceremony to follow elementary race.
Registration:
Registration for High School and Jr. High is through www.armilesplit.com. Registration will close on October 21st at 5:00 pm. Registration for the elementary races will be through www.armilesplit.com. $10 per elementary runner.
