Meet Information
Dear Coach,
The field events will begin at 3:30, the 4 x 800 relay will begin at 4:00P.M., and the remaining running events will begin at 4:45 P.M. We will run a 4 x 200 relay, and follow the updated 2021 AAA schedule of events. We will have a fast heat and slow heat in all the individual sprint events. We will allow unlimited entries in all running and field events. We are requiring that your athletes use only 1/4 inch (or less) pyramid spikes. Pyramid 1/4 inch or 3/16 inch (5mm) or less will also be allowed. No needle-nosed spikes or otherwise very sharp spikes will be allowed. Some inch spikes will not be allowed. For example the steel-ex brand of spikes and Nike 7mm length spikes will not be allowed. We ask that you make sure your athletes are using the proper spikes when you arrive at our meet so we can take care of our facility. We will check and mark spikes before the meet starts and your athletes will not be allowed to compete without the proper mark on their shoes.
