11:30 Implement Weigh In opens -- coaches can make SCRATCH ONLY changes to entries
11:45 Mandatory Coaches Meeting
12:00 Warm-Up opens for 1st Wave of Field Events
12:30 Field Events (1st Wave) Boys TJ, SP, HJ / Girls LJ, Discus, PV
* Contestants will be allowed 3 Jumps or Throws --- Flights will be best to worst based on seed marks
1:15 4 x 800m Relay (Girls/Boys)
1:45 Or ASAP -- Warm-Up opens for 2nd Wave of Field Events 20-30 minutes of warm-up allowed for
2:15 Field Events (2nd Wave)Girls TJ, SP, HJ / Boys LJ, Discus, PV
* Contestants will be allowed 3 Jumps or Throws --- Flights will be best to worst based on seedmarks
4:00 Or as soon as field events conclude ---- RUNNING FINALS
ENTRY FEES WILL BE HANDLED THROUGH THE ADs
**** Each school will have responsibility to run off or assist with running off a field event -- each school will also have exchange zone assignments for the 4 x100m & 4 x 200m Relays --- those assignments will be made at the Mandatory Coaches Meeting (11:45 a.m.) ---

Teams are allowed 4 entries per individual event and 1 relay team entry for each of the relays.
