Meet Information

The Meet is at the Cave City Nature Trail. The Nature Trail is located to the North of the High School Gym and East of Highway 167.
Bus Drop-off turn in is on Highway 167. Look for "Dale's Garage" as the gravel road you will need to turn down is right next to it. Please pull all the way to the gate and drop your kids and equipment off and then follow the road over the hill to the High School gym where you can park your bus. The road is one-way during the meet going from the Highway to the Highschool until the races have started, it will then switch to go from the High School to the Highway after races begin. This is for safety as the road is only wide enough for 1 bus at a time.
Handicap parking will be out front by Highway 167, and general parking will be at the High School.
Races will begin on time. (Not a rolling schedule) We start off races as to try and beat the setting sun.
2:30pm - Course Opens
3:30pm - Jr. Boy's Race
3:55pm - Jr. Girl's Race
4:20pm - Sr. Boy's Race
4:55pm - Sr. Girl's Race
Awards to follow after Sr. Girl's Race. (Any individual awards can be picked up at the registration tent by a Coach, Team awards will not be given until after the end of the Sr. Girls race to assure team results are correct.)
All races will be chip timed, please return the chips to the timing trailer. Coaches are responsible for their team's chips. All chips and awards are available at the Blue Registration Tent.

Awards:
Plaques for Conference Team Champions and Conference Team Runner-ups in each race.
Top 10 individuals from each race will receive both a medal and the distinction of "all-conference runner"
