Meet Information

Coaches, in conjunction with the AAA, all Arkansas cross country/track athletes must claim their MileSplit Athlete Profile!

We will have three divisions of races.  Boys and girls will run their own separate races. We will run a 5K with Sr Girls, Sr boys. Next race division will be a 5k for 9th grade Girls & 9th grade boys separate from sr high.  Next we will have a 3200m for grades 7,8,9 to include the 9th graders who do not run the 5k. Course will be at the high school campus.  Very fan friendly course.

Entry Fees are $55 per team. Example: Both boys and Girls for Jr and Sr division would equal four teams @ $220 entry fee.  If you have runners in the 9th grade 5k divison - Add $35 for boys team and $35 for girls team.  If you have teams in all divisions -  your total amount owed is $290.
       Make checks out to Vilonia Cross Country.    Individuals fees for teams less than 5 scores are $15 per athlete up to $55 - whichever is less.  Example - 3 individuals on a team = $45 in fees whereas 4 or more individuals on a team =$55 in fees.

Medals will be awarded to top 10 finishers per division.   Medals will be given out at the completion of each race.  

Start times: We will use a rolling start after the Sr Girls at 8:30am.

  • 5k Sr Girls
  • 5k Sr Boys  
  • 5k 9th grade Girls  (approx time 9:30)
  • 5k 9th grade Boys
  • 2 mile jr high Girls(allowed to include any 9th graders that did not run 5k) (approx time 10:30 - 10:45)
  • 2 mile jr high Boys(allowed to include and 9th graders that did not run 5k)

Bus Parking in the Vilonia High School Parking lot.  It is west of the course.  Please unload/load there. 

Team Camps will be in the grass just North and East of the VHS building (West of CC Course).  No Camps inside gate with the course.

Spectators are allowed anywhere along the course EXCEPT immediate area at Start/Finish.  The course has been mowed at different heights.  Stay off the course (lowest).   We will need everyone's help and cooperation to follow this to make this meet fun for all.

Restrooms:  Located behind Gym - South of Team Camps.  3 Porta Potty

Course:  The course location is EAST of the high school.  Teams will enter through gate between high school building and CC Course.  The big Field to the East of the course is OFF LIMITS - School does not own that land.      

COURSE HAS BEEN REDESIGNED AGAIN 

2 mile course is one big loop.



5k course is 2 loops. One big loop and one small loop.



Timing and Results: MacDonald Timing  - Chip timing will be used.  You will receive chips in a baggie upon check-in.  Coaches are responsible for chip removal after the race.  All chips will need to be returned in the baggie at the check-in tent.  Lost chips are $20 each.    Results can be found at Macdonaldtiming.com
