We will allow substitutions when you arrive but no additions. Three Entries per event. One relay per team.
The meet schedule is as follows:
4:00Begin all field events:
There will be 3 throws in the discus and shot put, 3 jumps in the long and triple jump. No finals. Rank order will be best entries to worst
4:30---4x800 Meter Relay Girls followed by boys
5:00---All other running events follow, using the normal Order of Events, girls followed by boys.
The cost is $40 per gender per team. $75 for both boys and girls.
