NWAAC 8TH GRADE CONFERENCE -- WEST CHAMPS
3 Entries Per Event & 1 Relay Team
Benches will be located in the middle of the in-field
Athletes need to enter from the south side of the track (softball field side)
Coaches will need to stay in designated coaching boxes located at field events
Team camps may be set up next to tennis courts
Concessions/restrooms will be available next to the tennis courts and additional restrooms will be located on the home side of the football field
2:45 Coach meeting in Hellstern gym. Hospitality will be provided.
Girls pole vault warm-ups begin
Implement weighing for shot/disc Girls: 6lb shot, 1k disc Boys: 4k shot, 1k disc
2:30 PM All field events open for warm-up for session 1. Please remember that athletes ARE NOT ALLOWED to get steps by running backwards in ANY event
3:00 PM Field events begin (4 jumps and throws.....NO FINALS). We will make calls for the next event upon completion of session 1, athletes will receive a 30 minute warm-up for the 2nd session.
