Location: at Clarksville HS 2022 W Clark Rd, Clarksville AR
Description: Relay style meet. One person per team goes at a time. There will be an exchange zone where you MUST hand the baton off at. Each runner will need to complete the 2-mile loop before they hand the baton off to the next runner on the team. For the mixed-gender race, you will need two boys and two girls, in only of these orders boy, girl, boy, girl, or girl, boy girl, boy. The race will go around a two-mile loop of the cross-country course. I will send out a course map in the summer. You can have up to three teams per race. The course is a grass/dirt mix field.
Spectators Admission: $5.00 per car
Awards: Top three teams from each race and the individual on the team that won. The Awards will be batons and mini batons for the individual.
Registration: Middle School: $60 for two or more teams. $30 for one team High School: $ 120 for two or more teams. $50 for one team. Please register on AR Milesplit by September 1. Additions after the deadline will be charged an extra $30 You can mail or bring a check. Checks can be made out to the University of the Ozarks Cross Country/Track. You can mail the check before the meet and if you do it need to be to me by the day of the race or you can bring it with you the day off. If I do not have you check you can't race.
