Meet Information
Entry fee - $85 per team (14 athletes or more), per gender = $170 Per school. $15 per individual athlete

Entry Form - Entries will be through ar.milesplit.com must be submitted by 5:00 pm, Monday, Feb 26.
Entry Limitations 2 athletes per event (except for 1600 and 800 3 per school).
Team Check-in - Check-in at the tent on the Southwest corner of the track for heat sheets.
Team Drop off - All buses and vans should drop off in the lot directly north of the stadium. Stadium entry will
be from the northwest corner of the track.
Bus Parking Buses should drop off athletes and then move to the GAC parking lot or the football stadium.
Vans may park in the lot north of the track
Team Camps Located on the fields either side of the track. No camps in the bleachers or on the infield.
Restroom and concessions Restrooms and concessions are located on the northwest end of the stadium.
Technical Information
Coaches meeting 2:30 pm at the check in area at the South end of the track.
Athlete Check-in All running participants will need to report and pick up hip numbers at the clerks tent
located at the Southwest gate 30 minutes prior to the start of each race. Benches will be located south of the
track for heating purposes. All running event athletes must report to the benches with their hip numbers
after the 2nd call for their event. Field event athletes will check-in at the site of the event with the head
official 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Qualifying and Finals All running events will be heats against time. Athletes will be seeded according to
their entered marks. Field event competitors will be allowed 4 throws.
Weigh-in All implements must be turned in at the storage bldg. on the northwest side of the stadium.
Weigh-in must be completed 60 minutes before the event begins.
Warm-up - No warm-ups allowed on the infield we will have a warm-up field on the west side of the track.
