3A-5 Conference Championship meet!
This meet will be held at the following location on Monday October 27th, 2025:
Cedar Mountain Boys and Girls Club
5050 N Hwy 7
Hot Springs Village, AR 71909
Teams are encouraged to arrive around 1:30pm-2:00pm to set up camp, register, and walk the course.

Costs:
The cost per school will be a total of $120.00
Please bring a check the day of the meet made out to:

Starting Times and Race Schedule:
We will start at 3:30 and continue with a rolling start with the following race schedule:
Jr. Boys
Jr. Girls
Sr. Boys
Sr. Girls

Awards:
1st and 2nd place teams in each division.
Top 10 individual places of each division.

Restrooms and Concessions will be available at the venue.

Weather: We are planning on running the race rain or shine but will postpone or cancel if there is any type of severe weather or other safety concerns.
