Online Registration Instructions
This race will take place on the same night as the Take Flight "Night" Race. This will allow non AAA affiliated schools and homeschool programs to race a 5K race with the general community.
5K Race Start Time: 5:30pm
1 Mile Race: 6:20pm
Cost for Entries are as followed: (the goal is to make this fair and cost effective)
$125 per team of 5. (Ex: If you have a Sr. Boys team and a Sr. Girls team that will be $250. total)
For incomplete teams (Under 5) the cost is $15 per runner.
Tier System For Teams: (Applies to COMBINED Total Runners for JH and HS Teams. Girls and Boys Combined)
1.For teams over 50 runners (ex: 26 jh girls 25 jh boys =51 total), please provide an additional $75.
2.For teams over 25 runners (ex: 14 jh girls and 12 jh boys- 26 total), please provide an additional $50
3.For teams over 18 runners (ex: 10 jh girls and 10 jh boys = 20 total), please provide and additional $25
EXAMPLE: HS team of 51 runners boys and girls = Total of $325($125 girls + $125 boys + $75(51))
*Same applies for the same team with JH over the 50 runner threshold. Both teams combined would be $150 additional:
EXAMPLE: VARSITY TEAM had 51 runners g/b and JUNIOR HIGH TEAM HAS 51 runners g/b = $650 ($125/team X 4 + $150 for Tier 1 Size Team)
* There is no limit to the number of athletes you can enter, although maximum total race entry approx 400.
