Individual: The 6A boys race is the Lake Hamilton show. Last years defending champion Colby Swecker only needs to worry about his own teammates challenging him for the individual championship. Teammate Omar Ramos will be right on Colby's heals if he has a bad day.

Team: This one is another lock of the day. No other team is even close to Lake Hamilton this year. All of their top 5 runners will finish in the top 10 in the race giving them a very low score that no thoer team will touch. The race for 2nd place could be interesting between Benton and Greenwood.
