There was a special type of energy in the air in Hot Springs for the 2023 Arkansas Cross Country State Championships last November.
After what many consider the quickest season in the history of Arkansas cross country, the Natural State's distance stars set Oaklawn Racing Resort on fire (don't worry, not literally), setting state and course records along the way.
