Braden Palmer has won this week's Milesplit Arkansas Boys Runner of the Week!
The junior from Ft. Smith Southside finished 11th at the Missouri Southern Stampede last weekend and set a new personal best time of 15:57.77, which is the first time he has dipped below the 16 minute barrier.
Palmer is currently ranked 13th in the state of Arkansas and the 7th ranked junior in the Natural State.
