Southside Stadium, Fort Smith, AR
Parking: Buses need to be parked in the East Parking Lot
Times: -Girls Pole Vault will start at 3:30
-Field events will start at 4:00
-3200 Relay will begin at 4:00 (Girls, Followed by Boys)
-Rest of the running events will began at 5:15
Entries: -2 entries per event, 1 relay team
-Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, and Triple Jump will be cafeteria style
-All entries must be entered at ar.milesplit.com. Y Timing will be timing the event.
Meeting: Coaches meeting at 3:15 in the Film Room
Hospitality: Provided for coaches in the band concession
Track: -Shot and Discus check in at 3:00 in the north end of the Activity Center
Awards: -Medals given for 1st-3rd Place, Ribbons for 4th-8th
-Championship Plaques will be given for each division
-Overall plaque will be given for Boys and Girls Total Scores
-Award will be given for Outstanding Performer of the Boys and Girls
