Please note the following changes due to COVID guidelines:
- Teams will be limited to 20 runners each race and the races will have a 500 runner total limit.
- The Middle School/Jr High races will be on Friday Evening the 16th and the High School Races will be on Saturday Morning the 17th. See schedule below.
- Coaches please use the COVID from the link and bring it with you filled out when you pick up your race packets. You do not have to take student temps but all Coaches temps must be listed. Here is a link to the form: COVID-19 Form
- We will be using wave starts, waves will be determined after entries close. You will get your wave assignment at packet pickup.
- Coaches will need to collect shoe tags at the end of the race and return them to the packet pickup tent.
- We will not have an awards ceremony but we will have finishing times on the results board and we will mail medals to Coaches on Monday morning the 19th.
- Spectators will not be allowed to line the Start and Finish Areas and all social distancing guidelines will be followed. Coaches, we ask that you help us keep spectators from you schools from crossing the line shown on the course maps in the start finish area.
- The Jr. High races are 2 laps, they will cross the split/finish line 3 times, 1st time just after start, 2nd time at end of first lap, and final time as they finish. The athletes will need to go back to team camps as soon as they finish, they will not be allowed to linger near the finish area.

- The Sr. High races are 3 laps, they will cross the split/finish line 4 times, 1st time just after start, 2nd time at end of 1st lap, 3rd time at end of 2nd lap, and final time as they finish. The athletes will need to go back to team camps as soon as they finish, they will not be allowed to linger near the finish area.

Meet Fees: $50.00 a team.
Boys and girls are separate teams.

Awards: There will be a first place trophy in 1A -- 4A and 5A -- 6A divisions in both Sr. High and Jr. High. We will award medals to the top 15 finishers in each division.
Directions: Take I-40 West to Hwy. 59 N (Exit 5). Turn left (south) and proceed to Pointer Trail. Turn left (east) on Pointer Trail and the Coleman Freshman Academy is the first school on your left. There will be people there to direct traffic and parking.
