- Location: Van Buren Freshman Academy, 821 Pointer Trail, Van Buren, AR 72956
- Bus Parking: Busses will park on the West side of the Freshman Academy and overflow will park in the bus lane on the South side Team drop, bus parking, packet pickup, team camps, and restrooms:

9:00 - HS Girls
9:45 - HS Boys
10:15 - MS/JH Girls
10:45 - MS/JH Boys
- Entry Fees: $75 per team ($150 total for boys and girls teams) Mail checks to:

We will also accept checks the day of the meet.
- Awards: In each race, we will award champion and runner-up in each division (1A-4A and 5A-6A) and we will award medals to the top 15 finishers in each division.
- Race Course: The MS/JH races are 2 laps (one middle lap and one long lap). Jr High Course. HS races are 3 laps (one short lap and 2 long laps). Sr High Course
