Where: Shiloh's home course (1707 Johnson Rd. Springdale, AR)

(Course located behind church/school)

Times: 1st - 6th Grade Fun Run 1 mile: 7:30am

Junior high boys and girls will be broken into separate races for large schools (5A-6A) and small schools (1A-4A).



HS Girls: 8:00

HS Boys: 8:45

JH Girls 1A-4A: 9:20

JH Boys 1A-4A: 9:45

JH Girls 5A-6A: 10:10

JH Boys 5A-6A: 10:40



Fees: $50 per team Jr. High Girls, Jr. High Boys, Sr. High Girls, Sr. High Boys

$60 for teams with 20 or more

$10 per individual if less than 5 athletes on team

Awards: 1A-4A small school division (1st and 2nd place trophy)

5A-6A large school div. (1st and 2nd place trophy)

Medals: 1st - 15th place each race per division



Entries: Submit June 1st - Sept 2nd at 6pm to MileSplit:

1. Coaches: Please fill out the Covid screening form remember that you will have your temperatures checked before receiving packet.

2.  Please bring sanitizer for their team and have your team remain at their tent except for racing, warming up, and using restroom.

3. Please remind parents to wear masks and bring exactly $5 to make parking as contactless as possible.

4. Face coverings are required at all times for coaches, and are required for runners except for during and immediately prior to the race (not needed once they head to the start line)

5. There will be markings on the ground where a team tent may be set up to allow teams room for distancing. There were will be additional areas for team camp this year.

6. A wave start will be utilized up to eight teams starting in each wave and one minute between waves. (See attachment)

7. The schedule has been changed to the following:

High School Girls 8:00

High SChool Boys 8:45

Junior High Girls (1A-4A) 9:20

Junior High Boys (1A-4A) 9:45

Junior High Girls (5A-6A) 10:10

Junior High Boys (5A-6A) 10:40

8. We will not have a traditional awards ceremony. Names will be called out and we will put a packet of medals together for your team for the runners that placed.This packet will be given To the coach to pass out to his runners. Team trophies will also be delivered to coach. We will work on getting these awards out as soon as races finalize so if team or racers want to depart after their race that option is there for them.

9. We will have sanitizer stations at bathroom areas.

10. we need your help with asking parents to social distance. Especially start and finish lines. They need to be 12 feet away from participants at these points.

11. Please instruct runner to head back to tent are immediately after finishing race. They will need to place masks or face covering back on after competing.

12. The only concessions will be Kona Ice Shaved Ice. This truck has taken all the necessary precautions to be a food service provider and we ask that you maintain a social distance in line for these great treats.

13. Layout of the starting box grid is available I will attach it when I send COVID form I do not have an option to attach in this format.

14 Please email me a request for the covid form for your teams. It is an excel document. it should be self explanatory. Please save it with the same name but add your team name to the end and email the completed form Saturday morning.

15. We will take temps for all coaches at packet pick up on Saturday morning so please have all coaches on your team come to registration tent.

16.There are lots of new procedures with this years meet but we are excited you are part of our invitational and look forward to having a great Saturday of running next week.
