Meet Information
Course: Spectator friendly, two loop course.
5K course is two full laps. 1st loop will be longer than the second loop to make it a 5K. Jr High course is one full loop plus a partial plus a straight to make it a 3K. Note: Although the start and race direction are the same, the direction of the finish is opposite for the 5K and 3K.

Covid 19:
- Masks need to be worn by athletes, coaches, and spectators. Athletes may remove mask only when warming up and racing.
- Social distancing must be practiced: 6' distance, masks, and sanitizer
- Teams will need to provide their own water.
- Teams will need to provide documentation they have used covid screening protocols on race day. Use this form. It must be provided at the check-in tent to receive your timing chips. You will still need to keep record of the screening in case there is a need for contact tracing.
- These protocols may change as required by the ADH and CDC.
Spectators: Allowed along the course but not in areas marked by RED/White Striped Flags. These areas are the Start and Finish. The big field to the East between the course and Church is not school property - OFF LIMITS. We can not get on that field.
Kona Ice will be there.
Parking:
Spectator and bus parking at First Baptist Church, shuttle from there. Please keep parking to the west side of the parking lot. The church is a location for early voting this election. Once school is over, there should be ample parking in the high school parking lot. Team buses turn on road on east side of high school, between high school and course, to unload and disembark. You will then be directed to the church parking lot where you can catch the shuttle back to the meet.

$50 per team
$10 per runner for teams with less than 5
($200 if a school has all four teams competing)

Shirts: 5A West Championship shirts will be ordered/presold and be delivered onsite to the meet - October 27. They will be labeled according to team. Choice of Gray or Red garments. T-shirt, long-sleeved, or hoodie

Results and Timing: Macdonaldtiming.com . You will need to pick up your chips. They will be in a baggie for your school. After the race, coaches will be responsible for collecting their team's chips. They will need to be returned in your baggie to the check-in tent. $20 cost per chip lost/not turned in.

Conference Championship Plaques to winning teams.
Top 10 individuals in each race receive medals.
Top 20% of finishers (rounded up) in each race receive All-Conference designation.
